Will I be anonymous?

People who contact ACS online can decide for themselves if they want to be anonymous. ACS cannot see your computer details when you visit the website. We do not know your address or who you are. It may be necessary for some of our services to state your name and/or your address, but these details are treated confidentially.

Will everything I discuss with you stay confidential?

The staff working at ACS have an confidentiality obligation. They can only discuss things they have read on e-mail with people at ACS.
